This year, for the first time, we ventured outdoors for some Christmas Family Portraits. We found a lovely little spot in the suburban bush for a very “Aussie Bush Christmas” themed family portrait day.
A novelty because I haven’t previously offered Christmas mini sessions but also I don’t often venture out of my lovely studio, it was a nice change but we also had a bit of a reminder about why I do prefer working in the studio… who would have guessed the rain would have come belting in just as we were wrapping up (luckily) the last session for the day!
Despite the new miss with the weather I enjoyed the time outdoors and love the resulting portraits, so keep your eyes peeled next year because I’ll be heading out again for sure.
