You can only have one first born child.
You may love all your children deeply and with passion,
but there is something unique about the first born.

First babies are so special, no idea what to expect and all the time in the world to devote to yourself and then your little bundle!
When I was pregnant with my first baby I was working full time on a construction site, totally knackered by the time I came home each day, I’d lie on the couch and fall asleep somewhere between Andrew O’keefe and his suit cases and M*A*S*H reruns. I’d wake up when my husband came home and I/he/we would make dinner… or not, I might have spotted a pizza ad and suddenly require a deep pan Hawaiian instead! I remember thinking “gosh I when I’m pregnant next time it will be so much easier… have a nap when ever I need it instead of waiting all day to get home, cook dinner early in the day, fill the freezer with meals in preparation, be super organised!”
Fast forward to pregnancy #2 LOL Ha Teehee nap? NO! Two year olds think sleeping mums need help to open their eyes and so they try to force them open for you! organised? even less than before! We suddenly had two business’s of our own while my husband also contracted to two other companies PLUS a two year old; oh how different reality was haha!!
Baby number two really is a whole different ballgame, just as wonderful but still a little different!
But anyway, I rambled off on a tangent! Here is the lovely Becky, waiting to meet her first baby, whom I ‘d get to meet just a few weeks later.
