I met a super adorable little guy and he stole a little of my heart!
Jackson was born five weeks early at a tiny 4lbs & 15ozs, he spent two weeks in hospital and now here he is at 3 weeks old.
Still so tiny he was a champion sleeper for me, a photographers dream baby <3
